Telehealth dramatically expanded during the COVID-19 pandemic, introducing new opportunities and challenges for healthcare providers. This report compares Medicaid providers’ telehealth practices reflected in surveys conducted in the spring and fall in 2020. This study adds to the public knowledge about telehealth adoption and its impact on practices and patient care, common issues experienced, and how providers see telehealth’s future.
